15 Snack Ideas to Help You FUEL Your Body

Snacking can be tricky when you are trying to stay on track with your health and wellness. Often times though we need to add MACRO PACKED snacks into our plan so we can FUEL our body more completely! Having a list of GO-TOs will help you skip the standing at the pantry not knowing what to grab struggle.

Here’s a list of some of my favorite grab-and-go and quick-to-throw-together snacks that will take your snack game to the next level!

15 Healthy Snack Ideas

  1. CHOMPS We love these grass-fed beef sticks. All the flavors are great and they’re easy to toss in a purse for a snack on the go

  2. RXBARs Once you find the flavors of RXBARs and CHOMPs you like, you can save a little time and subscribe to get them delivered each month via Amazon.

  3. NUT BUTTER POUCHES The Good & Gather brand from Target is the cheapest. I love these paired with an apple or banana… or even by itself.

  4. MINI BELL PEPPERS Add some Trader Joe’s guac on the go, Laughing Cow cheese, or spicy jalapeño cream cheese.

  5. GLUTEN-FREE CRISPBREAD (from Trader Joe’s) topped with guac on the go, a hard-boiled egg, and Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (also from Trader Joe’s). I also love the crispbread with nut butter or deli turkey.

  6. MIXED BERRIES + DAIRY FREE REDDI-WHIP

  8. PLANTAIN CHIPS + SALSA VERDE

  9. BROWN RICE CAKE + SMASHED BERRIES + NUT BUTTER

  10. ALMONDS + DRIED CHERRIES + ENJOY LIFE DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS My sweet, sour and salty version of trail mix.

  11. THINLY SLICED APPLES + NUT BUTTER + DARK CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE

  12. MEDJOOL DATE + ALMOND BUTTER + TOASTED COCONUT

  13. HARD SALAMI + SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE + GREEN OLIVES
